TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After your reservation request is processed and confirmed you will receive Travel Vouchers.  Your Travel Voucher is very important to you and is proof of your reservation and payment.  Your hotel address and telephone number will be provided on the Travel Voucher, which will be required for check-in at the hotel.  
  • If you have purchased private transfers the Travel Voucher will also include important information  about your pick-up location and will be required by your driver.
  • Yucatan Peninsula Central Reservations will not be responsible for missed transfers if we have not been advised of schedule changes.  If you have a flight delay or cancellation you will need to contact the Transfer Company directly.  The telephone number will be on your Travel Voucher.
  • ***Entry Requirements into Mexico***
    All US and Canadian citizens are required to show a Valid Passport. There are no exceptions also note minors traveling without both parents also require a notarized Letter of Consent from the absent parent.
  • When your reservation is confirmed your credit card will be charged in full.  Once your payment has been made the following cancellation and change fees apply:
             ***Cancellation and Change Fees***
         Cancellation outside of 60 days of travel will result in a
                fee of $100/person.
         Cancellation within 30-59 days of travel will result in a
                loss of 50% of the rental amount.
         Cancellation within 30 days of travel is non refundable.
         Holiday space rates are Dec 20 thru Jan 5.
         Holiday space is non changeable and non refundable.
             ***Our Cancellation Policy is firm - 
                             no exceptions will be granted***
  • Should you need to change your travel date there will be a $25 charge.  Changes are subject to availability.
  • Date changes are not permitted within 30 days of travel.
  • All reservations will include a one time non-refundable $25 reservation fee.
  • We highly recommend that you speak to your airline reservation agent about travel insurance.
